DOMESTIC SHIPPING

All domestic orders are dispatched within 48 hours via Yurtici Cargo with an average delivery time of 3-5 business days. Once orders are verified with correct payment details, shippings are dispatched.

Orders are not shipped or delivered on weekends or holidays. Karrla Textile and Trade Limited Company doesn’t accept any liability for any Karrla product that is damaged or lost during shipping period. If you receive your order damaged, or if it gets lost during shipment, please contact the shipment carrier to file a claim. Make sure you save all packaging materials and damaged goods before filing a claim.

Karrla Textile and Trade Limited Company is not responsible for any customs and taxes applied to your order. All fees imposed during or after shipping is the responsibility of the customer (tariffs, taxes, etc.).

INTERNATIONAL SHIPPING

Karrla Textile and Trade Limited Company doesn’t take responsibility for any customs and taxes applied to one’s order. All fees imposed during or after shipping is the responsibility of the customer (tariffs, taxes, etc.). We ship to your destination on a DDU (Delivery Duty Unpaid) basis. When your order arrives at Customs, you are responsible for paying all import duties, customs and local sales taxes.

CANCELLATIONS

Karrla reserves the right to cancel your order within 48 hours of placement. A refund will be actioned and the total amount will be credited on to the original payment method within 7-10 business days.
